The idea of natural winemaking without any fining, deacidification, chaptalisation or artificially sweetening was founded by Ökonomierat Eduard Rebholz, the Grandfather of Hansjörg.
Since 2005 the whole production has been organic/ biodynamic.
Our natural wines are the result of natural influences and the strength of the nature combined with biodynamic processes. It is the real taste of the terroir and the total taste of unique origin.
All Rebholz wines have a great ageing potential.
